Quench your thirst, boost your energy, or simply relax and enjoy a cup of cappuccino at our Energy Juice Bar. We make pre-work, lunchtime, and on-the-way-home workouts easier with a delicious selection of juices, fresh made-to-order shakes, protein bars, and health conscious meal replacements to choose from.

Totally unwind with a cleansing steam. Located in both our Men’s and Women’s locker rooms, our Eucalyptus Steam Rooms are thermostatically controlled to maintain steam level and temperature for the ultimate after-workout relaxation experience.

From European imported stainless steel and porcelain fixtures to single stall washrooms with wall-hung toilets for superior hygiene, Fitness Clubs of Canada’s fully appointed locker rooms offer the best of form and function. Body jet showers with adjustable body massage spray, soap and shampoo dispensers, and extended shower stalls for hanging towels and changing allow you to refresh in privacy. Full sized day lockers are available to all members.

Monthly lockers and fresh towel service are also offered.

Childcare services are available 6 days a week by Fitness Clubs of Canada’s fully trained staff in our bright and cozy Childcare Centre. Designed for children from infancy to 10 years of age, the Centre’s fully carpeted play space is equipped with puzzles, books, painting easels, arts and crafts, TV/DVD player, individual lockers, and IKEATM children’s furniture.
