Whether you Spin like a pro or are trying it for the first time, our schedule of classes lets you choose the right intensity level from Beginner to Advanced and meets your needs as you progress.

YOGA
HATHA YOGA - A traditional Hatha Yoga practice that generate heat through a vigorous flowing series of Yoga postures
CORE YOGA - Taught in a flow style and focuses on using postures to build strength and balance in the back muscles, abs and gluteus. Become more in touch with your inner self, particularly your mid section!

PILATES - Get ready to be straighten out! Pilates is a core conditioning class, focusing on the abs and back to increase strength and flexibility. Pilates is about breathing, movement, positioning of the body and balance. Try our Silver Sneakers Pilates Tuesday at 11 geared for the aging population.

TOTAL BODY BLAST - A muscle conditioning class that offers a functional strength option for many of the exercises. Learn how you can recruit muscles to work together to improve strength, stability and balance. You will use a variety of equipment in this class including the step, a body bar, hand weights, tubing etc. Modifications will be shown for beginners.

TKO – TKO is a kickboxing inspired cardio class. Fun high energy class that will leave you feeling empowered. You will learn proper technique in a controlled group environment. This class can be modified for all levels.

CARDIO MIX AND STEP - A fun and challenging cardio class using the Reebok step. Moves are pre-choreographed in combinations. There are always options for both beginners and advanced steppers!! Cardio Mix combines STEP followed by a mixture of dance aerobics, TKO, and a little hip hop just for fun!

SPIN – Spin is an indoor group cycling program designed to create a group exercise experience. Participants achieve their cardiovascular and muscular strength goals thru the use of musically defined rhythms and cycling drills. Members need to sign up for a bike at reception to reserve your spot. Sign is available 1 hour prior to class time. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to come and try our spin classes just ensure you arrive 10 mins. early to allow our instructor time to set your bike up properly.

BOOT CAMP – This is an athletic cardio workout. Members will do a basic group warm up and then work around the room completing stations. This class can be done at all levels. Get ready for a little bit off a butt kicking! It is time to get into shape boot camp style!

20 MIN ABS AND BACK -Give us 20 minutes and we will give you a terrific all around abdominal workout you will remember. Help tone those abdominal and back muscles with a series of core movements that get to those deep abdominal muscles. Grab a mat, find your spot and lets get crunching!
